Requirements
- Broad knowledge and expertise of the different areas of the flight test world: Flight Test Instrumentation, Flight Test techniques and processes, Flight Test planning, Flight Test Vehicle maintenance
- Deep knowledge in operational aviation with the best expert Pilots and Test Engineers
- Unique understanding of the functioning of a major Aircraft Manufacturer engineering team
- Adaptation, team work capacities, project management skills
- Engineer degree (or equivalent) in Aeronautics
- High level of autonomy and drive, self-organized
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Good communication skills with an open-minded and proactive attitude
- Language skills expected: English: Intermediate, French: Advanced
Responsibilities
- Coordinate several activities to develop the maturity of the freshly created A220 Flight Test Center
- Lead technical projects such as telemetry room set-up, flight test vehicle FTI obsolescence, team upskilling, and rig configuration management process
Preferred Qualifications
- First practical experience in the field of Aeronautical engineering is desirable, specific knowledge of Flight Test environment would be a plus
