Requirements

  • University degree in the human resources field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in organizational development/diversity and inclusion management/organizational culture (including apprenticeships and internships)
  • Ability to work in a Google environment (an asset)
  • Demonstrate strength in information management and analysis (KPI)
  • Advanced communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the implementation of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy, drive the associated initiatives and ensure the alignment of these with the group strategy
  • Contribute to the preparation and facilitation of DEI Executive Committee meetings
  • Monitor the performance of cultural, talent development and DEI initiatives via performance indicators, and make recommendations accordingly
  • Monitor & benchmark DEI and cultural practices, formulate recommendations and implement them
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners (Americas and Europe)
  • Carry out organizational and/or team diagnostics in order to define and implement the most appropriate solutions
  • Lead and facilitate training workshops
