Requirements
- A master/PhD program in computer science, electrical engineering, math, statistics, or related fields.
- Related working experience/course work in image/video compression or image processing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or similar.
- Ability to communicate/collaborate with other researchers/engineers
- Ability to think out of box.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and develop innovative solutions for video compression and processing.
- Work on optimizing video encoders to improve performance and video quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good understanding of state-of-the-art video compression algorithms.
- Working experience on HEVC, AV1, VVC, AVS or other video codecs.
- Experience with software development and debugging.
