Responsibilities
- Own and manage full production pipelines across DRTV, CTV, and emerging video platforms
- Serve as the team’s lead ensuring projects meet quality and strategic standards
- Direct the development of scripts, storyboards, and creative assets
- Oversee project and business operations, including production accounting and budget adherence
- Review and approve talent background checks
- Lead vendor management and external partner relationships
- Act as the cross-functional executional lead
- Proactively manage the production calendar
- Anticipate issues and adjust workflows on the fly
- Provide strategic recommendations for creative testing
- Champion compliance and best practices
- Act as the decision-maker on talent selection, wardrobe, set design, and production elements
