Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in content marketing with experience in video
  • Hands-on video editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, or newer tools like Distro, Veed, Opus or similar)
  • Deep understanding of video best practices for digital growth channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, paid social, etc.)
  • Strong analytical instincts—you care about how content performs and aren’t afraid to pivot fast

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of video content: product explainers, customer stories, social content, brand campaigns, and more
  • Own distribution strategy for all video content—optimizing for LinkedIn, YouTube, paid media, email, and web
  • Rapidly test and iterate short-form content formats for growth (e.g., Linkedin videos, TikTok-style B2B ads, YouTube pre-rolls, newsletter embeds)
  • Collaborate with leadership and product to simplify complex AI topics into clear, engaging visual narratives
  • Launch and measure experimental campaigns that combine content with growth (e.g., OOH, podcasts, LinkedIn boosts)
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, CPL, pipeline impact) to refine creative and strategy
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales to align video content with business goals

  • Track record of relentless ownership with examples where you ran through walls and delivered amazing results.
  • Fast learner who loves trying the latest video creation tools
  • A “growth hacker” mindset—curious, scrappy, experimental, and fast-moving
  • Bonus: experience with paid distribution or storytelling about AI products
