Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with or on behalf of American Indian or Alaska Native communities
- Experience developing tools, templates, program guidance documents, or resources to support program operations, such as intake forms, needs assessments, or strategic planning
- Ability to work independently on tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver high quality work products while strategically collaborating across a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in the victim services field or 9+ years of experience in the victim services field in lieu of a degree
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of victim service programs in American Indian and Alaska Native communities
- Develop tools, templates, program guidance documents or resources to support program operations
- Regularly interact with clients, American Indian or Alaska Native victim service providers and community members, and other subject matter experts
- Ensure the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working with Alaska Native communities
- Experience delivering training or technical assistance
- Knowledge with federal grants management, reporting, or systems
