Victim Services Training and Technical Assistance Specialist

2+ years of experience working with or on behalf of American Indian or Alaska Native communities
Experience developing tools, templates, program guidance documents, or resources to support program operations, such as intake forms, needs assessments, or strategic planning
Ability to work independently on tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver high quality work products while strategically collaborating across a multidisciplinary team
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in the victim services field or 9+ years of experience in the victim services field in lieu of a degree

Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of victim service programs in American Indian and Alaska Native communities
Develop tools, templates, program guidance documents or resources to support program operations
Regularly interact with clients, American Indian or Alaska Native victim service providers and community members, and other subject matter experts
Ensure the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards
