Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, product management, or business consulting—ideally within or adjacent to the financial services, fintech, or investment industries.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that apply technology to solve complex business challenges, drive automation, and unlock operational efficiencies.
- Strong strategic thinking with a bias for execution—you’re comfortable shaping a roadmap and rolling up your sleeves to bring it to life.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate investment management concepts, workflows, and client service models.
- Experience with modern data and automation tools (e.g., Addepar, Snowflake, Salesforce, low/no-code platforms, AI/ML solutions, business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences and build trust across teams.
- A collaborative mindset and genuine curiosity—you enjoy learning from domain experts and helping them see how technology can elevate their work.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Client Advisory leads, the Tech Strategy Group and Technology teams to design and implement a multi-year roadmap that aligns with the Client Advisory business’s strategic priorities.
- Translate business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions that prioritize high-impact, high-ROI opportunities.
- Lead initiatives to implement and operationalize new tools and platforms, with a focus on AI, automation, and data enablement, partnering closely with Technology Infrastructure, Data and Engineering teams.
- Mobilize cross-functional teams and resources to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Champion a data- and technology-forward mindset across the investment organization.
- Build internal fluency around new tools and systems through thoughtful education, training, and storytelling.
- Build frameworks for turning raw data into insights, dashboards, and storytelling tools that add value to client conversations and internal processes.
- Partner with data and analytics teams to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and usability.
