Requirements
- A strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A technical background to understand and communicate effectively with development teams
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) as well as strong SQL and database knowledge a plus
- Interest in the investment management industry and investment products
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), e.g., Blue Prism
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, e.g., Splunk, Tableau, Power BI
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability.
- Communicate effectively, including managing expectations for senior leaders.
- Track progress, manage risks, and maintain clear project documentation to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Work with stakeholders to identify areas where technology can be leveraged to improve business processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification, or equivalent experience, demonstrating mastery of project management principles (preferred)
