Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, go-to-market strategy, business operations, or program management roles, ideally within technology or retail sectors.
  • Strong leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead teams.
  • Deep understanding of the sales cycle and revenue generation drivers.
  • Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com).

Responsibilities

  • Operationalize go-to-market strategies into integrated execution plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Build and scale a high-performing team of program/project managers, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and drive cross-functional execution.
  • Lead key initiatives across the sales lifecycle, including market launches, campaign rollouts, pipeline acceleration programs, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Monitor execution against KPIs and provide regular insights, reporting, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Identify friction points in sales operations and create strategic solutions to optimize performance.
  • Establish best-in-class program management practices, tools, and governance frameworks to drive predictable results.
  • Stay attuned to market dynamics and customer insights to inform agile adjustments in execution plans.
