Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Guide the development of a unified product vision that leverages conversational and agentic AI capabilities to address market needs in target verticals
  • Set long-term roadmap priorities and ensures alignment with broader company goals, working closely with executive leadership to refine strategy
  • Partner with engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to validate product concepts and bring new features to market
  • Direct product lifecycle management, including ideation, development, launch, and post-launch optimization
  • Oversee market research initiatives to identify evolving customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning in healthcare, retail, telecommunications, BFSI, energy/utilities, hospitality, as well as HR and IT domains
  • Integrate insights from market data and customer feedback into continuous product improvements
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the product team, ensuring a high level of expertise and professional growth
  • Establish performance metrics and fosters a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation
  • Assume responsibility for financial performance of the product portfolio, setting revenue and budget targets in collaboration with finance and executive leadership
  • Monitor product performance, resource allocation, and return on investment, adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes
  • Ensure that product offerings adhere to regulatory requirements in all relevant industries, with particular attention to data privacy and security in healthcare, BFSI, and other sensitive verticals
  • Implement risk assessment and mitigation measures to safeguard product and business integrity
  • Build and maintains strategic relationships with key customers, partners, and external stakeholders, effectively communicating the product roadmap and its impact
  • Represent the product portfolio at industry events, conferences, and in thought leadership activities, advancing the organization’s brand and reputation
