Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Master’s Degree preferred
- 7-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Proven leadership and management experience required
Responsibilities
- Pre-market approval of new and modified medical devices in domestic and international markets
- Post-market surveillance and medical device reporting in domestic and international markets
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units
- Directly supervises other non-supervisory employees
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
