Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Define a bold product vision for Kiddom that integrates curriculum delivery, platform scalability, and AI-driven personalization to address the needs of educators and students.
  • Develop a product roadmap that strengthens Kiddom’s position as a leader in curriculum-based education technology.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI for adaptive learning, predictive analytics, and automated administrative workflows to improve educational outcomes and user experiences.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and district partners to ensure Kiddom’s solutions align with curriculum standards like Common Core, NGSS, and state-specific frameworks.
  • Drive the evolution of Kiddom’s platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability with other education tools and systems.
  • Partner with engineering to prioritize technical investments that enhance the platform’s performance and reliability.
  • Lead the integration of third-party tools and content providers to expand the ecosystem and enhance user value.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to use AI to provide actionable insights to educators, such as automated grading, content recommendations, and predictive student performance analytics.
  • Build AI-driven tools that enable personalized learning experiences for students, aligning with their unique strengths and needs.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team, fostering collaboration across engineering, design, curriculum, and data science teams.
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to launch, ensuring products are delivered on time and achieve intended impact.
