- Active TS required to start, with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI
- Proficiency in building a business strategy that drives growth and execution
- Leadership qualities that translate into business outcomes
- Demonstrated experience and success mounting new business capture campaigns
- Established hands-on experience managing programs or organizations of significant size and complexity
- Ability and flexibility for travel both within the US and OCONUS as needed
- US Citizenship Required
Responsibilities
- Requires full P&L authority to deliver projects and win new business within the Geographical Combatant Command (GCC), and Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) markets
- Building and managing an effective and efficient team focused on high quality delivery, financial performance, and client relationship development
- Developing a short- and long-term growth strategy with related tactical execution plans that drive top line and bottom-line growth for the team
- Partnering and leveraging the group and company business development assets to build a robust and targeted pipeline of GCC and DTRA opportunities
- Engage and leverage the GDIT Chief Technology Organization to bring our capabilities in cloud, AI, Zero Trust, infrastructure, applications development and related services to existing and potentially new clients
- Build a mission-focused culture throughout the team consistent with GDIT values around commitment, impact, integrity, imagination and agility
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at DTRA
- Prior successful leadership in directing and overseeing strategic pursuits in collaboration with BD and Capture Executives
- Experience with GSA FEDSIM
