Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within global technology organizations
  • Extensive experience with executive-level business partnering and leading and developing Talent and Culture initiatives for 600+ employee organizations
  • Experience leading workforce transformation and change management initiatives
  • Extensive experience designing, developing and driving key initiatives across the company with a focus on Talent Management, Organizational Design and programming that helps drive a high performance/high engagement culture
  • Proven experience developing organizational designs for either tech and product teams or revenue organizations
  • Experience in designing and delivering talent management practices including headcount and workforce planning
  • Global experience and knowledge to manage sensitive and complex employee relations matters, including knowledge of basic employment law and practices within EMEA and US/Canada; experience working with Italy, France and Germany is a plus
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, strong business and financial acumen
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to create compelling written communications and verbally communicate information effectively
  • Track record of moving from strategy to execution to get results, both as a strategic thinker and hands-on
  • Growth mindset and a positive, solution-oriented approach to challenges

Responsibilities

  • Champion a strong, inclusive, and high-performance company culture that aligns with our values and AI-First Learning strategy
  • Develop a cohesive culture and employee experience strategy and serve as a cultural champion responsible for translating that strategy into deeply meaningful experiences across the company
  • Design and implement talent programs and communications that foster a culture of innovation, impact, transparency and continuous learning
  • Lead global employee listening strategies, including surveys and feedback mechanisms, to drive continuous improvement
  • Care for and foster a diverse, equitable and inclusive global workplace culture including designing and delivering initiatives that promote a culture of true inclusion and belonging
  • Lead a team of global HR Business Partners (HRBPs) who act as strategic advisors to leadership across all functions
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and people strategies to drive performance, engagement, and retention
  • Provide executive coaching to senior leaders, ensuring they have the tools and insights to lead in an AI-driven, innovative and change agile organization
  • Develop employee relations strategies, practices and processes strategies to ensure a fair, consistent, and legally compliant workplace
  • Serve as a key advisor on complex employee relations issues, investigations, and leading the company, teams and individuals through organizational change
  • Design and implement development frameworks that enable career growth, leadership readiness, and AI-focused skill-building in partnership with our Learning team and Chief Learning Officer
  • Oversee leadership programs, succession planning, and high-potential talent initiatives, ensuring employees are prepared for an AI-driven future
  • Partner with Learning & Development to create training programs that build AI literacy, adaptability, and leadership capabilities at all levels
  • Design and implement Talent and Performance management programs to drive and foster a high performance culture and retain our top performing talent
  • Lead a small but mighty team of culture and program leaders leading this work
