Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience
- At least six years of progressive leadership in gaming operations
- Demonstrated success in overseeing large teams and complex departments
- Deep understanding of casino operations, including slots, table games, and related gaming functions
- Prior experience serving as a Vice President or Director of Table Games or Slot Operations in a high-volume, integrated casino resort environment
- Strong leadership and operational expertise
- Ability to align enterprise strategy with local execution
Responsibilities
- Executing all Gaming COE strategic initiatives at the property level
- Aligning COE directives with local strategies
- Overseeing the implementation and compliance of operational policies, procedures, training programs, pricing standards, and labor schedules across all gaming functions
- Serving as a critical liaison with the COE
- Driving employee engagement through coaching and development
- Enhancing the guest experience by delivering optimal gaming and service quality
- Ensuring financial performance through pricing optimization, labor management, and expense control
