Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Risk Management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to both grasp big picture concepts and demonstrate rigorous attention to detail
- Ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders and demonstrate strong collaboration skills across the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to rationalize Risk Management practices across Risk Domains through enhanced alignment and collaboration across key deliverables including Risk Assessments and Risk Register development and reviews.
- Partner with key stakeholders in the Business to drive streamlined business processes and reduce risk exposure through the automation of existing manual processes.
- Support the Director and VP, Operational Risk in developing and implementing enhanced Risk Assessment practices inline with Enterprise standards.
- Analyze data and trends, both internal and external, to proactively identify emerging risks.
