Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, computer science, Information Technology, healthcare administration, statistics, or related field required
  • 10+ years General business, analytics, business intelligence or Information Technology required
  • Broad exposure and understanding of data and analytic technologies and appropriate application of these technologies in a business performance environment required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and execution of an enterprise intelligence strategy that identifies trends, risks, and opportunities and translates these into actionable insights.
  • Lead the collection, synthesis, and analysis of internal performance data, market signals, customer insights, and competitive activity.
  • Deliver actionable intelligence to the line-of-business leaders to inform investments, partnerships, product design and market positioning.
  • Capture and consume internal and external data and translate that into an integrated and actionable intersection of trends, competitive intelligence, consumer insights, and business performance metrics.
  • Build and manage a centralized enterprise intelligence function that supports both strategic planning and operational decision-making.
  • Develop models and dashboards to proactively monitor business performance, competitor behavior, and customer needs.
  • Partner with technology and data teams to ensure access to clean, timely, and relevant data; support the development of scalable analytics infrastructure.
  • Translate complex data and insights into compelling narratives that influence executive decision making and business planning.
  • Create and manage processes for ongoing intelligence sharing, ensuring insights are embedded into planning and execution cycles.
  • Promote a culture of curiosity, analytical rigor, and insight-driven actions across the organization.
  • Establish the department’s strategic vision, objectives, and operating model, including hiring and developing a high-performing analytics team.
