Vice President – Alternative Funds Lending

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required, advanced degree is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in credit asset management or corporate and/or investment banking capacity, preferably related to Private Credit asset valuations or management
• Excellent credit analysis and financial modelling skills
• Ability to communicate skillfully and effectively with involved stakeholders
• Robust analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and attentiveness to detail

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing efforts to build out infrastructure for portfolio and asset management, and collateral valuation, across a book of asset backed loan commitments to Private Credit funds
• Day-to-day monitoring of the collateral pool, borrowing requests and portfolio data
• Participates in and evaluates loan commitments focused on asset backed loans to Private Credit funds
• Assist with draft terms sheets and credit documentation review
• Work with clients and agent banks on valuation and collateral pool modifications
• Help manage existing and new accounts across the book of business

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in reviewing, analyzing and negotiating credit documentation preferred
