Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in the asset management industry
- Evidence of success in related field, including but not limited to: RFP writing, editing, consultant relations, institutional sales, client service, marketing, financial news, journalism, project management, technical writing
- Understanding of institutional investment marketplace
- Organized and detailed with strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize multiple objectives
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- High level of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics
- Effective, driven individual; able to work with professionals at all levels
- Proven ability to influence, drive decision-making, and manage through complexity
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Handling and writing RFPs for new business opportunities
- Helping to draft custom proposal content to drive sales activities
- Partnering with client coverage and investment professionals to develop sales narratives
- Supervising opportunity outcomes to analyze sales trends
- Contributing to the evolution of RFP technology, processes, and resources
- Collaborating with other writers and service partners on content management projects
