Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Active Uniformed service
- <5 years of civilian work experience
- Bachelor’s degree obtained pre- or post-military service
- Open to all U.S. Veterans, regardless of rank or branch of service
- Must be able to commence employment in October 2025
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver financial reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) for senior leadership, presenting complex data and insights in a clear and impactful manner
- Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning processes tailored to business needs
- Support strategic initiatives and projects that promote the implementation of the long-term firm strategy
- Analyze large datasets to identify key trends and provide actionable, data-driven financial insights to stakeholders
- Lead or contribute to projects involving financial modeling, ad hoc analysis, and reporting automation
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements and standardization initiatives to drive efficiency
- Drive a collaborative and supportive work environment, actively seeking out opportunities to develop team members
