Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, marketing or equivalent (MBA highly desired)
- At least 5+ years of integrated product/solution marketing experience in B2B and high-tech segments.
- General familiarity with how enterprise organizations are using/adopting cloud/SaaS technologies, virtual platforms, and transforming enterprise IT is required — IT background a plus.
- Passion for understanding customer needs and using customer insights to drive effective and engaging content and GTM programs
- Proven track record of developing marketing plans and programs that drive growth and new customers.
- Great written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate ideas into clear, high-impact written communications and presentations.
- Project management skills with the ability to own/drive projects to close. Successful at managing stakeholders at all levels of an organization (including senior executives).
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with discipline for setting goals and metrics, driving decisions, and getting closure on recommendations and issues.
- Energy, motivation, and commitment to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work, problem-solve and thrive in an unstructured environment.

Responsibilities
- Own the Unisys Vertical Industry storytelling to various personas/ICPs across the different global markets and market segments.
- Deliver a comprehensive messaging framework for each vertical including customer needs, target markets, value propositions, differentiators, use cases, and supporting client stories.
- Work closely with the Unisys Content Marketing team to develop a broad range of external-facing content that resonates throughout the buyers’ journey and communicates Unisys’s key value and differentiators.
- Work with the Unisys Solution Marketing teams to help identify solution portfolio gaps and opportunities for innovation and to address vertical needs.
- Collaborate with Unisys PR to develop press releases, blogs, bylines, and thought leadership content that help increase awareness.
- Partner with the Unisys AR/TPA team to help educate influencers on the Unisys Vertical Industry story and value proposition and ensures Unisys a strong position in key analyst and TPA evaluations.
- Work with the Unisys Digital marketing team to help design, test, and activate the perfect blend of owned, paid, and earned media for all campaigns relevant to your market space.
- Collaborate with the Unisys Field Marketing team, and regional sales leaders to craft integrated demand generation campaign plans to grow and influence Global Enterprise Solutions sales and pipeline within existing client accounts and targeted new logo accounts.
- Work with Unisys Partner Marketing to help identify and articulate common value propositions and co-marketing activities that will help grow the business through our strategic alliances and channel partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Enterprise B2B sales experience a plus.
- Marketing collateral design and graphics development experience (HTML, Adobe Illustrator/InDesign, etc.) a plus.
- Understanding of concepts, challenges, pain points, terminology, practices and procedures in at least one of the four tier 1 industry verticals (Financial Services, Public Sector, Higher Education, Travel & Transportation).
- Experience in customer and marketing research and analysis as well as vendor/agency management.
