Responsibilities

• Responsible to ensure that proper documentation is received from customers regarding DEA ‘Know Your Customer’ process.
• Responsible for reviewing documentation related to Suspicious Orders to comply with Federal DEA requirements.
• Responsible for communicating the DEA ‘Know Your Customer’ process to internal and external customers via phone or other electronic methods.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• General education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training.
