Requirements
- A strong educational or experiential foundation: we’re looking for Juniors or Seniors, earning a BA or BS degree with demonstrated academic performance. Degrees in Advertising, Business, Strategic/Business Journalism, English, Public Relations, Linguistics and Creative Writing preferred.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills, and creative thinking
- Superior writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of, and passion for, brand, digital, and marketing strategy; and, how they impact business outcomes
- Confusion tolerance and flexibility—feeling comfortable with ambiguity, with the ability to adapt, flex, and change directions given client, project, and team circumstances
- A curious mind with an unrelenting commitment to get to the answer, to test new approaches, learn new skills, and push others’ assumptions
- Knowledge of, or experience with, digital analytics tools–both native and 3rd party: Google, Adobe, social (Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Facebook, etc.)
- The ability to work independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment, with the guidance and oversight of Prophet colleagues
- A team player who can enhance team success and culture through active participation in internal and external client project teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to conduct audits and desktop research to formulate insightful and actionable recommendations for our clients.
- Generate creative ideas—from ideating name candidates for a new hotel brand to creating voice persona options for a financial services leader to writing UX copy for a new wellness player.
- Participate in problem-solving sessions with a broad team of consultants and specialists, using both analytical and creative techniques to create compelling solutions.
- Present findings or share your point of view to internal team members or clients.
- Contribute to, and participate in, internal initiatives within the firm including IP development, Verbal Branding-specific training, and ongoing educational sessions.
- Participate in Prophet Impact initiatives, from crafting compelling storytelling tools for one of our non-profit clients to volunteering on-site with community partners.
- Experience Prophet culture at the local office level through events such as: class gatherings, office wide social outings, and holiday celebrations.
Preferred Qualifications
