Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, vendor management, strategic sourcing, service delivery or a similar role within the CRE industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in driving cost savings and process improvements
- Knowledge of industry best practices in vendor management, service delivery and/or strategic sourcing
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Corrigo Service Providers
- Analyze Corrigo Enterprise Clients’ current service delivery models and identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Effectively communicate the benefit of making changes in existing service delivery models to achieve enhanced value.
- Identify unique service deliver network needs/policies of Corrigo Enterprise Clients and leverage data and reporting tools to recommend an enhanced and tailored service delivery model.
- Prepare and present reports on vendor performance, spend analysis, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all vendor-related activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of facilities management services and related vendors
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Familiarity with vendor performance metrics and/or vendor sourcing
- Project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
