Requirements

• Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Intermediate Excel, Intermediate Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong Written and Verbal Skills
• Ability to independently facilitate meetings, take minutes and execute upon next steps
• Project management experience

Responsibilities

• Conducting of New Vendor assessments
• Business Case development for new programs
• Vendor program implementation support
• Monitoring and oversight of Vendor performance including data collection, dashboard development and issuance of corrective action plans
• Program management of vendor programs
• Engagement of cross-functional teams to oversee program performance, define opportunities and action items and execute on programs
• Accountability for meeting value propositions defined in program contracts
• Management of Joint Operating Committees including ownership of agendas, meeting facilitation, minutes and facilitating next steps
• Vendor invoicing and payment support

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in one or more the following:
• Experience with Medicaid health plans
• Experience with clinical program management
• Experience managing vendor performance
• Business Analytics or Consulting Experience
• Performance dashboard management
• Ability to independently navigate matrixed organizations
