Requirements
- Proven Planning experience in an Omni, Multiple Retail Concept environment.
- Strong analytical and communication skills including the ability to read, analyze and interpret retail reports.
- A proactive business management approach, completing all assignments and job duties in a timely manner.
- Advanced computer skills including Excel and Word.
Responsibilities
- Perform pre and in season planning activities including MFP and OTB for a category/gender/channel/market.
- Supports regional planners by gathering, analyzing, and consolidating sales, inventory, and replenishment data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assists in tracking and updating Open-to-Buy (OTB) budgets, monitoring inventory levels, and flagging potential risks or opportunities.
- Works closely with regional buying, allocation, and supply chain teams to ensure proper inventory distribution and replenishment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a related field.
