Requirements
- Expertise in website development and user interface design.
- Proficiency in visual and graphic design principles.
- Strong knowledge of human factors engineering and usability testing.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
- Analytical skills to evaluate user business problems and develop system recommendations.
- Ability to coordinate testing and system controls.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement website designs that enhance user experience and align with business goals.
- Apply visual and graphic design principles to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces.
- Leverage human factors engineering to optimize system usability and accessibility.
- Analyze current technical processes and formulate new or modified business information systems.
- Coordinate with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements, including program functions, output requirements, and input data acquisition.
- Execute user acceptance testing and coordinate system controls.
- Collaborate with internal team members across multiple areas and external parties (e.g., sub-contractors, vendors) to deliver exceptional results.
- Influence project and team leaders regarding solution design, processes, and approaches.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 6 + years of prior relevant experience.
