UX Researcher – Emerging Talent Intern

Actively enrolled university students, or recent university graduates are not eligible.
Ability to commit full-time during program dates.

Pursuing to further your skills and learnings in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or other related fields.
Some working, or project experience, applying research and/or design thinking.
Knowledge of planning, developing and conducting User Research and Testing.
Comfortable in a customer facing role.
Knowledge of user interface design, usability evaluation techniques, perception, cognition, and experimental design.

Participate in planning and facilitation, analysis and reporting on various research initiatives.
Communicate your findings through artifacts such as presentations, personas, journeys, task analyses, etc. as needed for your core team.
Partner closely with senior staff to help influence the product strategy and roadmaps with validated user research findings.
Support design formative or summative validation through iterative usability testing.

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
Self-taught, certification/bootcamp, and community college graduates from liberal arts and writing backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
Self-taught, certification/bootcamp, and community college graduates from psychology, UX or research related courses are highly encouraged to apply.
