Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, graduating in December 2025 or May 2026, with a minimum 3.5 GPA
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship period (June 9 – August 15, 2025)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for problem-solving and a desire to drive results
- Ability to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States
- Ability to commute to our North Bethesda, MD or Lexington, KY office to work onsite for at least 3 days a week

Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Design and iterate on user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Participate in usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs for optimal user experiences
- Learn and apply industry-standard tools and best practices in UX/UI design to deliver impactful solutions
