- Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology and current New York State Licensing as a Veterinary Technician is required for the role.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficient after-hours acute care delivery while fostering a positive work culture.
- Leading the team and overseeing the hospital in harmony with the UrgentVet ethos, actively cultivating culture, engagement, efficiency, growth, and financial stability.
- Being the advocate for patients and upholding a ‘Pet-First, Client-First’ philosophy.
- Ensuring a compassionate and client-centric approach to pet care.
- Nurturing collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with referring veterinarians and local businesses, positioning UrgentVet as the foremost choice for urgent pet care.
- Serving as a prominent brand ambassador for UrgentVet within the local community.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in veterinary medicine is preferred.
- Experience in people management is preferred.
