Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in early-career or university recruiting, with a focus on highly competitive technical talent markets
- Proven experience building and scaling top-tier early-career programs
- Skilled communicator who builds strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and academic partners
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and energized by building systems, programs, and processes from scratch
Responsibilities
- Design and lead Decagon’s university recruiting strategy – including new grad and intern hiring for technical roles
- Build trusted relationships with top-tier universities, student organizations, and faculty
- Own full-cycle recruiting for early talent, from sourcing through closing
- Create high-touch candidate experiences that reflect Decagon’s technical rigor and values
- Build programs and events that increase our brand presence and attract top students in AI, ML, and CS fields
