Requirements
- An M.S. or Ph.D. degree in Medical Physics or in a related field is required.
- Candidates should be certified or eligible for board certification by the American Board of Radiology (ABR).
- Programming skills are required.
- Enthusiasm for the latest technology is required.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all facets of the radiation oncology physics program, including clinical support, QA, teaching, and clinical projects.
- Provide periodic support of satellite sites.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience, including residency, is preferred.
- Experience with Varian TrueBeam accelerators, Eclipse treatment planning, Elekta HDR, Gamma Knife, and Accuray RadiXact is desirable.
