Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience people management of operations teams
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent analytical/problem solving capabilities
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly
- Able to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure, in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to prioritize workloads and maintain organization
- Understanding of Real Estate, Loans, Oil & Gas, Property Taxes, Trust Operations, Financial Markets, Securities Industry, Retirement Industry and Banking
- Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- TRMS or TMMS experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversees the Real Estate, Oil & Gas, and Tax Managed Services Teams and is a point of escalation
- Support the teams as a people manager
- Oversees the input and maintenance of data in TRMS, TMMS and the tax system per the responsibilities defined
- Oversees development and maintenance of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual procedures
- Ensures that transactions are balanced and documented according to policies and procedures
- Oversees coordination of the processing of activity
- Ensures daily deadlines for processing and reconciliation are met
- Coordinates schedules for activity with each client
- Ensures reconciliation outages are resolved in a timely manner
- Research, document and manage client escalated issues, provide user support to clients and log client requests for services as needed to a timely resolution
- Build, maintain and foster positive and growing relationship with clients
- Partner with SS&C | Innovest internal business partners to identify issues and assist in resolution
- Demonstrate relentless focus on accurate and timely processing for the client
- Be an advocate for client issues and concerns
- Clearly communicate issues and concerns to applicable parties on the client’s behalf
- Build, maintain and foster positive and growing relationships with all departments of SS&C Innovest, and with vendors
- Demonstrate a subject matter expertise on clients to be seen as an integral resource for other departments internally
- Communicate effectively and professionally
- Actively manage scheduled work and work of the team
- Actively manage escalated issues for resolution
- Demonstrate SS&C Innovest and Unique Asset Managed Services expertise
- Take a proactive approach to learning
- Be a subject matter expert on Unique Asset Managed Services tasks
