Requirements
- Associates degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent plus 3 years of experience in information technology may be accepted in lieu of an Associates degree.
- 1 year experience configuring and supporting Cisco Unified Communications or Avaya Infrastructure is preferred.
- 1 year experience troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose issues in large-scale voice implementations is preferred.
- 1 year of experience with Telecom or Network systems, protocols, and standards such as Ethernet, LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), SIP (Session Initiation Protocol), H.323, G.711, and T.38 is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the stability and integrity of in-house voice, video, and wireless telecom services.
- Participate with the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all Telecom hardware, software, and communication links.
- Analyze and resolve Telecom hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion.
Preferred Qualifications
