Responsibilities
- Review and analyze policy submissions and updates, and agents’ and policyholders’ transactions
- Responsible for accurate and timely handling of requested policy transactions consistent with underwriting guidelines and procedures
- Communicate with agents and policyholders regarding policy changes, rates and underwriting procedures
- Serve as subject matter expert to resolve problems with policy issuance, policy updates and policy rating
