Responsibilities
- Attend quarterly investor update calls for underlying investments and take notes for research files.
- Research current and prospective private infrastructure and real estate managers and evaluate managers based on set criteria.
- Thematic research on infrastructure and real estate industry trends for contribution to whitepapers.
- Compile data on existing and prospective underlying funds and create/update comparative fund analysis tables.
- Populate financial models with historical data and collaborate with investment team on forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal Franklin Templeton business units to automate data requirements.
