Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with front end development
- Minimum of 3 years of JavaScript
- Minimum of 3 years of CSS
- Minimum of 3 years of HTML
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Use Advanced JavaScript proficiency to develop and maintain high-quality financial applications
- Experience with Angular/ReactJs or VueJs front end frameworks
- A solid understanding of Front-end design patterns and principals: Responsive Web Design, MVC, BEM, OOCSS, Event Delegation, Modules, Publish/Subscribe, Server-side vs client-side
- A solid understanding of AJAX and how to fetch data from a service endpoint that can be used to render dynamic web content
- A solid understanding of semantic HTML and CSS3 (SASS), including layouts, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with Front End and accessibility tools: Devtools, Web Fiddler, Visual Studio (or preferred IDE), JAWS, Voiceover, Talkback
- Comfortable reviewing a UX wireframe and building corresponding UI efficiently; Works with UX partners and identifies design risks proactively to deliver applications for high-traffic websites.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ReactJS
- Banking domain experience
