Requirements
- 3-5 years repair and diagnostics experience
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be flexible and have a positive attitude
- Ford and/or GM factory training is a plus
- U-Haul Master Technician is a plus
Responsibilities
- Review diagnostics for accuracy and completeness of failed engines, transmissions and axles.
- Recommend additional testing and data collection if needed.
- Collaborate with repair facility and advanced diagnostic team.
- Approve orders for engine, transmission and axles.
- Review engine, transmission and axle requests for equipment with multiple replacements.
- Document failures for quality control.
