Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- University/college degree (or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience)
- Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions
- Ability to assess and effectively manage all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities
Responsibilities
- Support assigned long-term client relationships
- Provide sales or consultative support to clients
- Serve as the liaison between clients and operational servicing units
- Participate in pricing and resource discussions
- Develop the scope of service provided to existing and potential clients
- Identify and develop new servicing opportunities with existing clients
- Negotiate servicing agreements and servicing fees for existing clients
- Analyze, assess and document client requirements
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Support processes outlined in the contract and resolve challenges regarding implementation and production issues
