Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (travel school certification preferred)
- Minimum of two years in travel sales, with a focus on goal achievement and relationship building
- Exceptional communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Proficiency in multitasking across websites/programs
- Strong knowledge of geography and current world events
- Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings
- Ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position.
Responsibilities
- Create personalized domestic and international travel packages, including cruises, tours, flights, hotels, and car rentals
- Use prior professional and personal travel experiences to guide and excite clients about their adventures
- Turn first-time clients into loyal travelers by offering exceptional service
- Leverage AAA’s established travel strategy to meet and exceed sales goals
- Offer related products such as AAA Travel Advantage Visa Credit Cards to enhance the travel experience.
