Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Minimum 1-year experience in coordinating a program.
- Experience working in the health care field and/or geriatrics setting required.
- A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes, and coordinates the daily transportation services of AltaMed PACE participants.
- Works closely with the Transportation clerk, dispatcher, and driver in scheduling and coordinating the transportation needs of PACE participants.
Preferred Qualifications
- Electronic Health Records preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location preferred.
