Requirements
- 1-3 years in finance or asset management background
Responsibilities
- Assist in portfolio management of existing portfolio holdings and assist in the closing process of new transactions for the CTL and EIC teams
- Assist with transaction related tasks for the CTL team, including constructing and modifying amortization schedules, analyzing annual operating budgets and reviewing and analyzing annual financial statements
- Assist with administrative agent responsibilities for EIC investments, including the co-investment process
- Support the deal teams in execution of portfolio company’s amendment/requests
- Assist in maintaining information for investments and coordinating internal and external reporting requirements
- Monitor borrower compliance with transaction specific obligations for existing transactions
- Conduct portfolio level analysis
- Work closely with Nuveen’s construction monitor on construction loan related issues
- Prepare and ensure completion of all required transaction documents
- Assist with international compliance requirements on new investments
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be proficient in excel
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Strong analytical skills
