Requirements
- Creative thinker and problem solver with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated individuals with a proven track record in developing and designing training materials.
- Proven experience in developing and designing training materials for financial advisors or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage participants across various learning platforms.
- Experience in assessing training needs and tailoring programs to address specific knowledge gaps, skill development and change management.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an emphasis on prioritizing and executing tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of financial products and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve training modules and materials for advisor programs.
- Conduct annual review of training materials including onboarding programs, job aids and short educational videos.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
- Manage logistics for training events, including scheduling, communications, and resource allocation.
- Stay abreast of trends and best practices in training and adult learning to incorporate innovative methods.
- Monitor shared inbox for incoming requests and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, or consultations with managers.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to integrate advisor training and development into broader organizational strategies.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they adhere to established timelines, budgets and performance standards.
- Engage with leadership and external partners to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on business priorities.
- Support team members in preparing for in person and virtual training initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of relevant industry accreditations will be considered an asset.
- Bilingual in French considered an asset.
