Requirements
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 10 years of professional experience
- Demonstrated experience training other training and development contractors to ensure their competency.
- Supervisory skills to oversee other training and development contractors to ensure their satisfactory support.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Conducting and Supervising Training Programs: Oversee training and development programs for employees and external customers, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
- Planning and Program Development: Identify and assess training needs through thorough research, and develop effective training programs to address these needs.
- Skill Development and Productivity Enhancement: Aim to help employees develop new skills, enhance productivity, and improve the quality of work.
- Preparation and Execution: Set up teaching materials and lesson plans prior to classes, engage participants during sessions, and issue completion certificates at the end.
- Organizing and Directing Training Activities: Plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities to meet corporate and worker service requests.
- Consultation and Performance Improvement: Consult with onsite supervisors regarding available performance improvement services and respond to training requests.
- Case Management in Government Programs: Function as case managers in government-supported training programs, assessing clients’ training needs and guiding them through the most appropriate training methods.
