Requirements
- Proven experience facilitating professional training, onboarding, or public speaking in a corporate or legal environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a warm, professional presence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Comfortable troubleshooting basic technical issues and responding flexibly in dynamic situations
- Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools, including Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to think on your feet, problem-solve in real time, and maintain composure under pressure
Responsibilities
- Facilitate interactive and informative onboarding and training sessions for case staff, both in person and virtually
- Foster a welcoming and professional environment that reflects the firm’s core values and commitment to excellence while clearly communicating expectations and procedures to learners
- Monitor attendance and maintain accurate training records, ensuring compliance and documentation are consistently up to date
- Prepare and submit session summaries and reporting on attendance, engagement, and feedback
- Serve as the primary point of contact during training sessions, offering real-time support and guidance to participants
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or other training tools, escalating when necessary
- Collaborate with Learning & Development and department leaders to ensure training content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with firm standards
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve delivery methods and participant engagement
- Represent the firm with professionalism and confidence when interacting with employees at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a legal setting; experience in personal injury law strongly preferred
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally across all levels of an organization, including attorneys and executives
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and training material development
