- Ability to breakdown complex processes into scalable and digestible chunks for learners working in a remote environment
- Ability to independently identify priorities, potential tradeoffs, and execution variables specific to the business landscape applying discretion within established standards and expectations
- Expert ability to operate and collaborate in a remote work environment
- Strong project leadership skills
- Strong collaborator with active listening skills
- Basic business acumen with an ability to understand excel files and metric dashboards
- Ability to apply adult learning strategy to virtual facilitation
- 1+ years of experience delivering training to adult or child learners

Responsibilities
- Facilitate engagement in synchronous, event-based learning environments
- Provide ongoing communication to business partners regarding all aspects of training including but not limited to advance notification of class, participant performance, attendance and classroom issues
- Collaborates with Design, Documentation and business partners to facilitate process improvement feedback
- Participates in train-the-trainer sessions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering learning to a high-volume, hourly population
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a training delivery role
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
