Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the Academy Training Program for Access Services, Faculty Practice, and Patient Engagement Center onboarding
- Design and deliver dynamic instruction with emphasis on patient-centered customer service
- Develop a creative, multi-dimensional training program for adult learners
- Train new system updates and enhancements
- Monitor data quality and follow up on remediation
- Coordinate training schedules for Hospital and Practice programs
