Responsibilities
- Maintain a constant flow of shipments using various carriers.
- Process documents and coordinate with matching freight prior to departure.
- Quality check packages prior to departure.
- Maintain filing and tracking.
- Resolve basic issues regarding individual shipments as needed.
- Provide information and communication, either written or verbal, to various parties both internal and external.
