Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years prior experience negotiating repurchase agreements and ISDA/CSAs.
- Knowledge of other trading agreement types is a plus.
- A good understanding of close-out netting opinions.
- Sufficient experience to take on responsibility to support the update or creation of standard templates and negotiation manuals, as required.
- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of commercial awareness and to make sound judgment calls in a fast-moving business environment, together with an ability to identify and manage legal and contractual risk.
