Responsibilities
- Must possess a solid understanding of event management, system/application health server operating system, agent and agentless monitoring, network, application and end-point performance, tuning, and measurements.
- The candidate will ensure the COTS products function properly in a secure environment with PKI-based authentication, corporate authorization services, firewalls, and SSL/TLS communications.
- Assist with testing and deploying hotfixes/patches/new releases of the tools suite.
- Assist with development of knowledge articles, documentation, and work instructions used by the Tools Team and tools users.
Preferred Qualifications
- Application/SA Experience with the OpenText Ops Bridge Suite
- Experience in Python, R, JavaScript, or Perl programming; or UNIX scripting
- Experience with OpenText Application Performance Management (APM)
- Experience with OpenText Business Process Monitor (BPM)
- Experience with OpenText OPTIC Data Lake
- Experience with OpenText Operations Bridge Reporter (OBR)
